I write Path & Roam under the pen name Mara Vale, with a focus on Limerick, getting around without a car and choosing day trips that fit.
The questions I start with
How do I get there? What happens if I miss the connection? Is a tour worth the loss of flexibility? Those are the questions I try to answer before adding a booking option. Start with the Limerick guide or the Ireland planning overview to find a route that suits your trip.
Research and firsthand notes
I use official timetables, attraction information and provider listings for details that can change. I distinguish that research from confirmed firsthand observations. A comparison of tours does not mean I took those tours, and a past bus journey cannot guarantee the same timetable today. My editorial policy explains the approach.
